I grew up on Canada's west coast. After university, I took an exchange job in Australia and told myself I'd stay a year.

I stayed ten.

I loved the Australian lifestyle. I lived on the beach. Scuba diving. Horseback riding on weekends. I loved every minute of it, and my skin paid for every minute of it too.

I came home at 35 when my father got sick. I used to joke that I had three colours: white, red, and peeling. What wasn't a joke was what I saw in the mirror. Uneven tone. Age spots. Blotchiness. Redness that wouldn't settle. My skin was aging faster than I was.

Here's the twist. My next job had me speaking to women across Canada about the exact damage I was living with. I wasn't lecturing from a textbook. I was looking at the evidence every morning in my bathroom mirror.

Over a decade in the Canadian skincare industry, I launched more than 10 brands. I saw what worked, what didn't, and how much of what sells is marketing dressed up as science. I stopped believing in miracle jars a long time ago.

So when I found INNOAESTHETICS, I approached it as a skeptic with sun-damaged skin who'd heard every promise in the book.

It's the first line I've ever put my own name behind.

I'm 68. I use it every day, on the same skin that spent a decade in the Australian sun. I know what it's repairing, because I know what I did to it.

This isn't about chasing the skin I had at 25. It's about caring for the skin I have now.
