SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We ship only to Canadian addresses.
Unfortunately, products cannot be shipped to APO/FPO or P.O. Box addresses
SHIPPING CONFIRMATION AND ORDER PROCESSING
Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days.
Orders will be shipped Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within Canada. Packages do not require a signature upon delivery.
After your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with tracking information so that you may check status of the order at your convenience.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
We are not held responsible for packages delivered to a wrong address which was provided by a customer during the checkout process. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping details. Once an order is processed, we are unable to modify any details such as shipping information. In the event that the item(s) return to our distribution center following the full return process a refund will be processed.
RETURNS
Returns of unopened and unused products with all original tags and labels attached are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Returns are not permitted after the allowable return period.

Return Process
Step 1: To return an item, please email customer service at info@nextchptrskin.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Step 2: After receiving your RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging along with a copy of your RMA number, and mail your return
Step 3: Please note you are responsible for all return shipping charges. Returns must be prepaid; please note return shipping fees are not refundable. We suggest you return via Canada Post.

NOTE: If you received a FREE product, sample or gift with your purchase, it must be included with your returns in order to be refunded in the original form of payment. The refund will be issued within 30 days of receiving your parcel. You will receive an email once the refund is completed.
OPENED PRODUCT
Due to the nature of the products we sell, we do not offer refunds on any opened or used products.
You CANNOT return an item if:
- The product has been opened
- The seal has been broken
- The product has been used
- All sale/promotional items cannot be returned
- Any items marked as non-refundable
- All returns are subject to validation and approval by NEXT CHPTR SKIN™
- NEXT CHPTR SKIN™ reserves the right to limit or refuse a return, in its sole discretion
